Corporate Executive Chef job Kentucky to $120K

Executive Chef job USA operations Dubairestaurant group

• Base salary $70 – $120K + benefits
• manage 2 restaurants in Lexington w/ 150 seats each
• expanding to 2 more in Kentucky within 18 months
• Dubai restaurant company owns 18 restaurants in United Arab Emirates UAE
• Cuisine is Mediterranean + Patisserie + Catering
• prefer candidates with International experience
• only USA candidates will be considered
• fine dining experience needed
• patisserie restaurant management  is a plus but, not essential, as Client is not ranging the patisserie range in the US of yet. You need to be able to manage fast paced elegant dining multi-unit unit kitchens operating 7 days a week 363 days a year form 7.30 am till late, maintaining best practices, and keeping costs in line with  industry standards.
