Chef de Cuisine Job Michelin background Dubai

• there will be a New Visiting Chef every 3 months
• the first is Quique Dacosta, (image below) chef owner of an eponymous 3 Michelin stars Spanish restaurant in Dénia, Province of Alicante, Spain. Following the closure of elBulli, Dacosta is one of the new leaders of avant-garde cuisine in Spain.  

The restaurant will be very modern and is a new concept. It is a pop up concept. Every 3 months an international chef will come to Dubai to feature its cuisine.

We offer basic salary, housing allocation, school allocation for children, health insurance and plane tickets yearly.
