Salary $50K + sales commissions = $60k
Starts this September
5+ years of fine dining management experience/ Dining room director
High volume experience a plus
Michelin Stars quality experience a plus
Good wine knowledge
Good mixology knowledge
Excellent organizational skills
A leader with a positive attitude, enthusiasm and possess genuine passion for food and wine
Excellent communication skills and a strong attention to details
Outstanding leadership skills, with the ability to effectively communicate, train and develop your team
Location is AAA 4 Diamond boutique hotel with fine dining Italian signature restaurant on Marco Island
Italian background is a PLUS
