• position reports to the hotel General Manager
• in charge of all aspects of the Food and Beverage department, including room service
• candidates from freestanding restaurants preferred
• hotel caters to celebrities – you should have relevant experience
• full P&L responsibility for F&B
• coordinate with F&B Controller and Director of Finance to keep F&B Costs in line
• salary OPEN in accordance with your experience and abilities
