- Salary to $75K plus bonus
- European trained is a plus
- French and Italian menu, experienced in these cuisines is preferred

- Candidate must have:
*Excellent training and mentoring skills.
*Knowledge of French and Italian wines

- General Manager's Responsibilities:
*managing and training
*beverage program (including craft cocktails)
*Payroll
