Key responsibilities include:
Hire, select, train, manage and develop team of maintenance, and housekeeping, campus support and security staff.
Manage staff work schedules and work assignments to ensure coverage to support best-in-class service and environment for customers, residents and associates.
Oversee continual maintenance of all building systems (lighting, plumbing, etc.) and maintain HVAC system.
Check and maintain logs using TELS for any needs/requests for maintenance and address maintenance and repair issues in a timely manner.
Purchase/order equipment and supplies to ensure adequate supplies are always on hand and equipment is in working order; maintain accurate records.
Assist in developing, implementing and maintaining infection control, waste disposal and Universal Precautions policies and procedures.
Establish safety rules, fire and disaster procedures, and department policies and procedures.
Prepare rooms for new residents and assist with move-in/move-outs.
Maintain the grounds; dispose of trash, sweep, paint touch ups, etc.

Bachelor's Degreee in Accountancy or any related course
CPA is preferred
At least 2 years of solid experience in either Australian Taxation or Australian Bookkeeping
Experience with accounting tools such as Xero, MYOB, Quickbooks, Pronto, and other applications that customer use
Experience handling multiple clients for Australian account
Excellent communication skills
Must be willing to work in Ayala Ave., Makati City for an early morning shift

JOB OVERVIEW:
Responsible primarily for completing the working papers and assisting the onshore team of client’s tax compliance reports preparation such as the following:
·Monthly Instalment Activity Statement
·Quarterly Business Activity Statement
·Annual Company Tax Returns
·Annual Partnership Tax Returns
·Annual Individual Tax Returns
·Annual Trust Tax Returns
Also responsible for handling fundamental and core aspects of clients’ tax compliance and may assist with advanced tasks provided by the Accounting Manager or Service Delivery Manager.
Australian Bookkeeping
·Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable;
·Payroll including PAYG, Tax and super;
·Bank reconciliation;
·Preparing and posting journals;
·Preparations of monthly/quarterly BAS;
·General filing, Data Entry and other ad doc duties.
